The Role:
The transportation team in Glasgow works almost exclusively in the private sector, providing transport assessment and infrastructure design to Blue Chip clients in the Scotland and the North of England. You will be responsible for managing the graduate and junior transport planners and providing technical expertise on small, medium and large scale projects. You will be sponsored and supported to achieve chartered status so that you can aid the Principal Transport Planner and Associate Director with the production of tender bids and client liaison/negotiation.
About You:
You will have a number of years experience within the transport planning industry and have developed skills dealing with clients, managing projects and leading multi disciplinary teams. Experience in a consultancy is essential, as are skills with a variety of transport software; TRICS, TRANSYT, PICADY etc.
